Our Approach
 

We have a systematic approach, which is highlighted under the 3 phases below:

 

Definition Phase

During this phase, the objective is to understand client requirements and identify what the client is looking for. This would usually be performed through meetings with the client. The result would be a detailed Job Description and Requirements.

 

 

Search Phase

The team will develop a task plan to develop a target list, and undertake the sourcing of candidates. Screenings are accomplished through phone and in person interviews. Following this, the client will interview the shortlisted candidates.

 

 

Acceptance Phase

The consultant provides advice in matching the needs of the candidate and client. In addition, the consultant works closely with the candidate to manage the transition period.
